Armando Miranda was born in Mexico. He studied in Montemorelos University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. He received a masters in Religion degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Mr. Miranda is known throughout most of Latin America as an accomplished vocal artist, and as a powerful, spirit-filled preacher. He has appeared before many audiences throughout the United States, Central and South America. He has also sung in Spain, Netherlands, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, South Korea, Philippines, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and most recently, South Africa. He has performed for large gatherings of well over 50,000 at the Utrecht, Holland Convention Center.
Mr. Miranda has had the privilege of recording six albums as a soloist; Mas Alla de las Estrellas, Cristo Viene, Al Cordero Gloria, Hogar de mis Recuerdos, Mas Alla del Sol, and Nunca os Rindais. His latest recording was a music video titled Hogar mas Alla Sol, accompanied with the singing group Voces Adventistas de Esperanza (VAE), the Emmanuel Symphony Orchestra in Monterrey, Mexico, and the Christian soprano soloist Addy Juarez performing vocal artist for Walt Disney's animated film The Lion King II, Spanish version.
Mr. Miranda currently serves as World Vice-President for the Seventh-day Adventist Church with headquarters just outside of Washington D.C.
