Enrique Báez posee una maestría y un doctorado en Exégesis del Antiguo Testamento de la Universidad Andrews, donde enseña la materia de Daniel. Estudió hebreo bíblico y moderno en la Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalén. Ha participado en excavaciones arqueológicas en Jordania, y ha dirigido múltiples viajes educativos a las tierras bíblicas con estudiantes universitarios y líderes de iglesia. Es uno de los autores del nuevo Comentario bíblico adventista. Tiene tres hijos: Erick, Eddy y Rachel, y está casado con Cindy.

Enrique Baez holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Old Testament Exegesis from Andrews University, where he teaches classes on the book of Daniel. He studied biblical and modern Hebrew at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has participated in archaeological excavations in Jordan, and has led multiple educational trips to biblical lands with university students and church leaders. He is one of the authors of the new Adventist Bible Commentary. He has three children, Erick, Eddy and Rachel, and is married to Cindy.
