James Rafferty, Associate director/speaker of Light Bearers Ministry, has a distinct vision for ministry. Focusing on Christ, he emboldens the spoken and written Word of God with the assurance of Christ's nearness, His unwavering persistence and relentless love. He is convinced that Christ is the only answer to a dying generation.

James has traveled to Australia, South America, Pakistan, the Philippians and many parts of Europe as well as Canada and the U.S. presenting the wonderful realities of the gospel. Many have been blessed by the spoken Word and committed their lives to God.

James is married to a wonderful wife, Rise, and they have two energetic children, Jeiel and Kierra (both eight).
