Katie A. Arnette, Ph.D., a native Louisianan, is a federal agency regional director. Along with her business degrees she holds a doctorate in clinical Christian psychology and is a licensed clinical pastoral counselor. Highly respected as an ordained elder, educator, mediator, counselor, trainer, and public speaker, she is an active board member of a number of local and national organizations. Katie's energy comes from sharing motivating moments with others to positively impact their lives. She has four children, Tawanna, Dana, Ervin, and Damon, and nine grandchildren.
