Paulo Macena, nacido en Brasil, ha servido a la Iglesia Adventista durante más de 25 años en Canadá y Estados Unidos. Paulo Macena, born in Brazil, has served the Adventist Church for more than 25 years in Canada and the United States. He holds a master’s degree in Youth Ministry and a doctorate with an emphasis in Leadership, both from Andrews University, and is a certified speaker with the John Maxwell team. He is the founder of the Adventist Leadership Institute, the Urban Life Center in Baltimore, and author of the book The Mentorship Guide. He currently serves as Director of Leadership for the North American Division.
