Prudence LaBeach Pollard, Ph.D., is the mother of two adult daughters. She specializes in leadership development and holds appointments in the business programs at Oakwood University, Loma Linda University, and La Sierra University. She serves on the board of both the Women's Resource Center and the Bradford-Cleveland-Brooks Leadership Center at Oakwood University. The principles outlined in this book reflect her firm belief that parenting is the most important work of evangelism a Christian can undertake.
