Ricardo Norton works at the Adventist Theological Seminary, located in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where he directs a Master of Arts and coordinates the Doctorate in Ministry that the Seminary offers in Spanish. He has written several books and articles and travels frequently within the US and Latin American countries, where he offers seminars aimed at encouraging the development and extension of the church.
