Dr. William (Bill) Shea is a native of Southern California with degrees from La Sierra College, Loma Linda University, and University of Michigan. He taught for 14 years at Andrews University School of Theology before retiring. Before that he was the assistant director of the Biblical Research Institute at the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in Maryland.
