I recently completed this book and saw snippets of each of my group of sisters and I in the characters portrayed and their individual characteristics and challenges. The messages run deep and evoke thought , reflection and introspection. It only has 264 pages and the font size and line spacing are reasonably big. #highlyrecommended.

My book club read this book, and it was a hit with just about everyone. Single and married. Since then I have purchased and shared with a number of ladies who have reported that they too have been blessed. A ‘piece’ for all. Real encouragement. I would say that young ladies/men can gain great insight from this work, even though it’s fiction.

A tedious book. Questions, but no answers. Some good points are made, but again, no answers. The culture of the author comes through very strongly and is not always easy to relate to. I would say don't bother.

I read this book in 2 days. It made me laugh and cry. It is powerful, heartwarming and honest. I have been happily married for almost 13 years, yet I enjoyed and learned a lot from it. Though this book is fiction, parts of it read like nonfiction. I would recommend this book to everyone and I would love to meet the author. After reading the excerpts from the author's three books, I ordered them all and am really looking forward to reading the other two. Thank you, Ms. Rodney for opening your heart!
