La eternidad comienza hoy si construyes, con Cristo, un carácter a su imagen y semejanza. Y, no lo dudes, hoy es el momento de encontrarse con Jesús. Ya sea en la quietud de la reflexión personal o en la lectura familiar, al inicio del trabajo o en el encuentro institucional, es tiempo de conectarse con el cielo. Comenzar el día con Dios es comenzar como debe ser porque nos orienta para el resto de la jornada, porque nos revitaliza ante nuevas oportunidades y desafíos, porque nos cambia.

Hoy es el momento de caminar hacia Cristo. No importa cómo sea tu paso. Si necesitas apoyar tu caminar con el bastón de la fe, apóyate en ella. Si puedes avanzar con los ideales de la juventud, avanza. Si tu pureza te permite dar zancadas inexplicables, hazlo. No importa tanto tu destreza en el caminar como el sentido hacia el que vas: hacia Jesús. Porque "puestos los ojos en Jesús, el autor y consumador de la fe" (Heb. 12: 2) todo es posible.

Eternity begins today if you build, with Christ, a character in his image and likeness. And, do not hesitate, today is the time to meet Jesus. Whether in the stillness of personal reflection or in family reading, at the beginning of work, or in an institutional meeting, it is time to connect with heaven. Starting the day with God is starting as it should be because it guides us for the rest of the day because it revitalizes us in the face of new opportunities and challenges because it changes us.

Today is the time to walk towards Christ. It doesn't matter what your pace is. If you need to support your walk with the staff of faith, lean on it. If you can move forward with the ideals of youth, move forward. If your purity allows you to take inexplicable strides, do so. Your skill in walking does not matter so much as the direction in which you are going: towards Jesus. Because “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:2) all things are possible.

The purpose of the words of this devotional is that starting today, you see eternity with the eyes of Christ.
