After graduating from Walla Walla College and teaching in both high school and college for several years, Myrna married Bob Tetz, a minister. When their two children left home, she became the Communications and Health Director for the British Columbia Conference. During that time she directed an Adventist Awareness program, because she had a passion for the name of her church to be recognized by the general public. Now retired from her position as Managing Editor of the Adventist Review, Myrna continues to write; engages in some (not too many) household duties; dreams of having herb and rose gardens some day; and loves spending time with her three grandchildren.
