Amazing Story, I could Not Put IT Down
Review by
Oscar was brainwashed, trained in guerrilla warfare, captured, tortured, and orphaned -- all before he was 10. His quest to find his heavenly Father and earthly father takes many unexpected twists in this true story of survival and triumph. The author Alcyon Fleck is the founder of International Children's Services. Oscar is one of the Children she has in this organization and he tells his shocking story. Oscar came from a peaceful home, a large Hispanic ranch owning family in the tropics. HE was the much loved only son of his mother and the favorite of his father. Until the Army and Guerilla warfare came to his peaceful ranch home.Oscar watched his whole family die.His dad slipped away and now the Country's Army in Latin America I believe takes Oscar hoping that he will reveal his dad's whereabouts. No child should have to live through such horror. WE need to count our blessings in the United Staes.
