Great Addition to WFPB Lifestyle

I love everything by the McDougall's. I thought I had all their books till I stumbled across this little gem at the ABC store. It is an easy read and gives a lot of helpful advice. I have been a vegetarian for sometime and have transitioned to WFPB which I am surprised more Adventist don't follow. especially since it adheres more to a biblical diet. But it might be hard for some to give up processed Vega links and wham. :-) Most definitely add this book to your cart. You won't be disappointed.

AMAZING RESULTS! Had an interesting conversation with a gentleman who came into the ABC the other evening. He was replenishing bulk whole grain products such as rolled oats, whole wheat flour, 7 grain cereal, Soybeans, etc.... He shared with me that he had bought this book at Campmeeting this past summer at my suggestion for one of the books with content he was looking for, read it and decided to try it out and take Dr. McDougall at his word. He was suffering from severe RA ( Rheumatoid Arthritis ) and Diabetes and the doctor had him on meds for each and he was still suffering from the pain and problems. During the 6-months thus far he has lost 75# and his physician has him off all meds for both diseases and seldom has any pain. He has a goal to drop another 75# over the course of this year. You can do it too... People are learning how to Reverse Lifestyle Disease. We are killing ourselves by lifestyle and we can reverse those lifestyle diseases and live long, healthy, productive lives with a little challenge and knowing the right choices.
