It is my strong belief that our wonderful Creator provided our bodies with the ability to heal from every malady so that we may experience optimum health. Unfortunately, man has found ways to thwart the body’s healing potential by depleting foods of much of their nutritional value and mixing in nutrition-destroying additives to enhance flavor and appearance.
Fortunately, there are people like Barbara Kerr who recognize these problems and do something to solve them. She has provided a host of recipes that offer a mechanism for maintaining the nutritional value as well as the flavor and appearance of the myriad of foods that our Creator provides for us to enjoy.
